Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your specified address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or cancellations. If we detect any address issues, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at customersupport@bravilia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.


Delayed Delivery:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. However, once we hand over your package to the courier, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at customersupport@bravilia.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most couriers have a claims process that may require additional information. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide updates.

Please note that Bravilia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, as they fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be found.
